This is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. My 2019 Ford escape completely died in the middle of the highway. I had to get my car towed here and they said they would fix it. I have a full bumper to bumper warranty on my car that I paid extra money to have and this warranty also covers a rental car. When I picked my car up they said that I tripped some kind of "switch" that I didn't even know existed and tried to charge me $125 to fix it. I was there a week or so ago i found a good deal on a car and a good trade-in on my old car but when it came down to it i could not get the lone but they did try and help me in ever way that they could even had hot coffee i well go back
came to dealership knowing exactly what i wanted. They didnt have any on the lot. Instead of trying to sale me on something they did have they contacted another dealership. Within minutes the exact car I wanted was there! These guys are great! highly recomend.
