This is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. My 2019 Ford escape completely died in the middle of the highway. I had to get my car towed here and they said they would fix it. I have a full bumper to bumper warranty on my car that I paid extra money to have and this warranty also covers a rental car. When I picked my car up they said that I tripped some kind of "switch" that I didn't even know existed and tried to charge me $125 to fix it.
