The sales department keep sending you car leads that you never asked for. It's rare that they send you info on the car that you want to buy. Why?? Maybe apathy, or their not interested in selling cars which I find quite amusing.
I wrote to you the years and make of car I'm looking for. But it seems that no one is paying any attention at all. You send me ALL THE WRONG CARS. What's the point??
We bought a used car with the help of Sepehr Rastifar. The experience was excellent - very professional! The car was detailed and the gas tank filled before we left. i purchased a used car with now warranty in as is condition it would have been nice to have a 3 month guarantee from dealer as they did check it out and service the car.
