Contacted me promptly and was polite. Ultimately they wouldn't even come close to the price I offered. In fact, the saleswoman emailed me with a, "we want your business, but your offer is unreasonable" message, WHILE I was in another dealer's showroom, buying the car (with more options and at a lower price)!

I had a very good experience with Mercedes-Benz of Encino. The salesman was professional and interested in selling me the vehicle I wanted. He was courteous and not snobbish. I felt that I was treated with respect.

They are on top of the game, but they want to sell cars as usual, they do not pay attention to the questions asked of them by the customer.
