We have been been using EDCO for a couple of years everything has always been perfect. My representative Kimberly Franklin has been nothing but amazing. She has gone above and beyond with my needs. A couple of times I have needed super rush orders and she always came through!
I have enjoyed working with the folks at Edco and in particular, Brenda from the Johnson St. Store. She always goes the extra mile for her customers no matter how it affects her personally. Thanks Brenda for doing your thing and making my job a lot easier.
For the second year in a row, I imposed upon Alison Bowden a totally unrealistic deadline. Both times, the award was in my hands exactly when I needed it, and they saved the day. Next year, I will do my best to give you more time . . . I hope. Thank you Alison and EDCO for a job well done!
When my best friend passed away, Brenda knew exactly what I wanted and I got this amazing plaque with my friends beautiful picture and amazing words as if my friend wrote the message herself!! Best place for any type of trophies, buttons, plaques etc!!
First time ordering, for our little league baseball team. At first it was rough, 2 incorrect orders. Gloria and Mike at EDCO did everything to make it right. We will do our fall orders through them, I'm confident there won't be any issues in the future.
I ended up procrastinating on our end of the season team soccer trophies. I got my order in just a week before we needed them. The response was incredibly quick and my order was processed in no time. I received my trophies by when I needed them and they are great quality at a fantastic price range! Very happy and will be using again for future soccer teams!
I can't say enough good things about Rick and Edco Awards and Specialties. They produce our student trophies and school Championship trophies for our academic tournament, School Duel, every year. The customer service is second to none and the craftsmanship is impeccable. Everything always looks incredible and arrives on time. I highly recommend working with them. 10 stars!!!
There is no other award and specialty company that you should order from. Edco is phenomenal! Great service (Kim) and quality products. Have been using them for years for a number of organizations that I represent. Superior customer service and commitment to excellence.
