I am blown away! This was my first time ordering, and it was a kind of small, specialized order. The Art Department was VERY quick to send me a proof and even quicker to send me a revision after I changed my mind and decided I'd been too wordy on the inscription. The shipping was UPS ground, which was excruciating only because I was so excited to receive the awards, but oh, it was so worth the wait!
