I highly recommend this company. I wanted to create a very whimsical thank you gift for my sister, who had helped me after surgery, but couldn't find anything just right. Even though my request may have been a bit out of the ordinary, they went above and beyond to create something perfect! My company, Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, ordered three different products through EDCO. Our glass awards are stunning! Our journals are elegant and invite you to write in them, and our custom glasses are on the way. Josh and Mickey are great to work with. Fast, helpful, and collaborative. We had another vendor totally drop the ball on our journal order and Mickey was able to jump in and get us a customized product at a similar cost in less than 48 hours!
I worked with Josh for some custom awards/tombstones and had a great experience. He even helped with suggestions and other options. They worked through proofs and tried different text formats. I would definitely use EDCO again.
