Good donut but rude whoever do behind the counter to receive the donut, the dude with the tattoo on his hand and such, at the first time I asked I want the donut warm and he said it is warm and it wasn't then I went today and give me an attitude when I left my card since I thought I had it. Horrible experience.
The food here us actually great, customer service is great too. For the amount of food you get is reasonable and a great atmosphere. They make the best milkshakes (the way milkshakes used to be made) that's just to die for.
I've dined here each time I come out to visit my children who attend school here in the Philadelphia area. I have NEVER had a bad meal, or bad service at the Trolly Car. The waitresses are very friendly and provide great service. As for the food, excellent! I love getting into town early enough to have breakfast, even though it's my understanding that they do serve breakfast all day .... I still like to have mine before noon. I brought my family there tonight, all nine of us! What a great atmosphere and delicious food! The Rueben was so good and the milk shakes were yummy! Our waiter,Jonah, was very nice and working very hard. He had the entire back restaurant to himself and handled it very well. The hostess, manager, and bus boy all worked extremely well with the waiter and they made a very busy night go smoothly! I highly recommend this restaurant! Very child friendly and very warm and cozy! Five stars from us! We will be back! Thanks Jonah!
One of my favorite places to eat. Been coming here since they first opened. Love the food and the staff.
