Yeasterday i completed the sale on a 2016 Yamaha VX Deluxe WaveRunner. After weeks at other dealers with no respect, 128 MOTORSPORTS called me with a more then generous offer on my trade in to put a deal together. I would like to thank John ( The Owner ) the other Bill Murphy (Sales) and Luis ( The Finance Guy ) for thier effort even after hours to complete the deal. Looking forward to meny years with them. A week ago I got an out the door price on a unit that was acceptable so I put a $500 deposit down on it because they did not have the unit in stock. A week later I get a call telling me that my unit is ready for pick up and when I go to finalize the deal it's $500 more expensive than quoted. I was extremely surprised when they would not work with me Considering this place charges 589.- for handling and doc fees which is more then I have ever seen. Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with this company.
They call theselves a dealership and a repair shop. They shouldn't call themselves either when they are going to refuse business. Pretty sad but at least it shows me they have horrible customer service! Business should NEVER be refused.
Best store to buy a Bike they know about business, they have the option you need
