Check your VIN numbers!! We were sold a bike and can't register it because of bad numbers. Really check all your paperwork with this place!! We are stuck with a bike we cannot ride. Service just gives us the run around. We also took it in for service they had the bike for 3 weeks paid $500 for an oil change and battery. It sat there with no phone call and we had to tell them to place the battery once if came in. No follow up. Got the bike back dirty. Will never do business with this place again.
lost parts, slow service, poor communication, would not reset wrench light because I changed my own oil. Going to try Foxboro next time I need a triumph dealer.

Did a great job putting my bike back together under warranty. My 2017’ explorer 1200 XCA locked up going down the road randomly while cruising. With only 2 months warranty left the dealer I purchased from only offered to sell me a new bike. These guys stepped in, replaced 2nd and 6th gear, gear change mechanism, etc etc.... and it drives beautifully now. 2 weeks after I got I back I rode 1300 miles in 2 days (back home to see my parents, MA to WI) with out issue. They are my go to repair shop! Should be yours too!

I just bought a 2018 triumph Bonneville bobber, and can’t wait to bring it home. Ellen helped me out and made the buying process so easy and fun! She is honestly the best, and I would recommend anyone looking for a bike to go talk to her! The rest of the team I worked with there was also very personable, professional, and helpful!
