Recommended5 stars I was admitted for a hysterectomy and the staff from registration, pre-op, holding, recovery were all amazing but my floor nurses rocked... I was on the ortho/spine unit and was cared for by Barbara and Natasha. you two ladies are amazing at what you do and it's truly appreciated. Thank You!!!
This used to be a great hospital until TriStar took over. Last time i went, there was disrespect of my privacy, and probably HIPPAA practices, most of the staff was rude, honestly my nurse was an asshole, and they ran a very expensive unnecessary test. I filled out a survey with all of this info, being very specific, never heard from anyone or got a discount for my $3,600 bill which should have been $600. Hope i never have to go here again.
nothing but a joke very rude. And the check in male nurse gave me personal information about other patients. how am I suppose to trust them. very sad state of affairs at summit ER in hermitage
Dr. Patel at AOS is hands down the best.
Still trying to figure out why nothing has been done regarding the time of death being wrong on my brothers death certificate. Was he actually dead during the time that the providers told us he was gone or did he lay there suffering until the time that was reported on the certificate?
RecommendedI have used everything from their ER to their imaging facilities and they have been wonderful in all their facilities. I have never had to wait past my appt time and the ER saw me immediately. Good good people
Both my mom and my partner have been patients in the past week. The 7th floor staff is wonderful. Kudos!
