RecommendedI give this hospital at least 4 stars, because very few staff members actually listen to their patients and shows some respect. The food is terrible, needs a huge improvement.
I had outpatient surgery today and every staff member I encountered was wonderful. I was given excellent care from pre-op to discharge.

The Same Day Surgery is the greatest. The entire nursing staff is the absolute best from the moment I checked it to the recovery room to the moment I was discharged. I have never had an unpleasant visit to this hospital. Thank you so much to them all.

I lived in the Hermitage area for about 15 years when I established Summit Hospital as my one and only! I experienced their great Emergency Room level of care was of excellence quality. Offering Individuals Specialized Care, patient concerns are being attended too in a timely manner. While Offering convent Medical offices, each with their specialized services. Summary, I never found cause to go elsewhere with my Family concerns.💯
Our pediatrician sent our 12 year old son to the Summit ER for an EKG, a procedure that should take less than 1 minute. We were there for over an hour only to be turned away because there was “no one available” to perform the EKG on my MINOR child. This is beyond despicable. I will never step foot onto this property again. I’m thankful my son wasn’t suffering from a life threatening illness.
