RecommendedWe are from Memphis and really didn't know where to go! We chose the first hospital that was close and went! So glad we did. The ER staff made my 3 year old (and this frantic momma) feel right at home. From the front desk staff, the medical assistants, the Rns, AND the doctor. (EVEN registration & patrol officer!!) They all made us feel right at home. My 3 year old was SO brave because of how well trained they were! 🙏🏽 thank you so much! My Sutton rose has 5 stitches now, but that's not stopping her! Great doctors and nurses and good staff
I had an accident while on a business trip to Nashville which resulted in a hip fracture. The staff at Tristar, particularly, the 5th floor orthopedic nursing and support staff, were awesome!!! Judy, Amber, Joyce and so many others, despite long shifts, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always with a smile. I was far away from home, but they became like family in the week I was there and made what was a difficult time so much easier!! Thank you so much! -Laurel Rogers
train employes better on how to deal with people
The staff and medical services are outstanding. Lira tentative everything is very clean. And I happen to be on the same floor as the nurses that saved the people in the Highlands at Lakes apartment fire so that was an added bonus.
I have been in the Joint and Spine center three times in the past 14 months and they were great!
Great attitude not only toward patients but also letting those scared to death for their loved ones being treated know they were there for them
Team just sits around don’t get patients in and out. Will have you waiting in the lobby for 5-7 hours. I would NOT recommend to go here. I know next time to go to Centennial at least I know their team down there is fast pace. Don’t waste your time coming here you’ll be close to your death bed by the time you know it. If I can give this hospital a negative 1 I would.
