I've had 2 deliveries here now and have had great experiences both times with the staff on the labor and delivery floor. The nurses who take care of me, and the nurses/doctors who help with the babies in the nursery are extraordinary. They go above and beyond. Everybody has always treated my family and I great. To be honest I don't even mind staying there the three days after my C-section because they are so kind and I get a private, comfortable room to myself and baby. We had very nice nurses, and one bitchy rude one... the front desk secretary on floor 5 is a total disrespectful unprofessional woman. No compassion just very very rude I had to complain with the director (lori) never going back

The ER is disgusting, it was needles and blood in the room from a previous guest. The nurse was told and she just said well we don't have anybody here to clean all the time. My father was admitted on the 7th floor and didn't receive his first meal tray until 8 pm. The staff are not concerned about the patients and I wish I could've move my dad to another facility! The Worst Hospital Ever!

I spent three nights (unexpectedly) at summit hospital. I want to say how thankful I am for saving my life. Everyone there was helpful, polite, caring and professional. The Er staff, hospital staff and surgery staff were amazing. The doctors had compassion and excellent bedside manner. All too often the support staff is not recognized. I stayed on the fifth floor...they were nothing short of amazing. From the nurses to the technicians, lab techs, food staff and cleaning staff, everyone genuinely cared and it showed. You are ... read more
