Dr. Billy Kim was great. Friendly, caring staff in Day Surgery, CCU waiting room and ICU. Excellent care in the ICU overnight. My brother loved every meal; I enjoyed the black bean burger in the cafeteria. If a hospital stay can ever be called pleasant, this one was it. My brother is home and doing great.

Very professional, kind, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable group of people. They were very good at informing everything they were doing also. Hospital was very clean.

Went there after falling and hit my head/brow bone on concrete. I blacked out for several seconds and suffered a scrap to the head and bruised brow. The ER did a cat scan ONLY, no broken bones. They did not clean the wound, they did not do the concussion protocol, did not bandage the wound, they did not give me any instructions to take home. Then they said you'll need someone come to drive you home??? WTF kind of ER is this!!! I will never go there again! Pathetic excuse for an emergency room!!! �
