Thanks to Dr. KRATTS in the ER for taking stellar care of my grandson last night. The nurses were also very attentive, as was the respirtory therapist! We were seen very quickly and were only there for just over an hour. Thanks again.
I want to commend the fifth floor nursing staff of the joint and spine center all who made our stay a wonderful experience, the bistro was first class, the care was spot on, the surgical crew was awesome and for a hospital stay it was first class. Hats off to Dr Arendall and Pam for there surgical skills, their people skills and their friendship, surgery is not an experience to.look forward to, but the doctors and staff of this hospital made our stay more personable and comfortable than could be imagined. a great big Thank Y... read more
I would like to thank the doctor and all the staff at Tri-Star Southern Hills medical center . I had to go in for a throat biopsy , it was amazing ! I have never had any kind of medical provider or hospital that has ever been more thorough on all your medical records an your medical background !! It may be cold in there but I bet there aren't a lot of infections that occur there !! Everyone there was extremely nice and most of all , seem to be very happy working there which helps to make you comfortable ! Thanks again to eve... read more

They took good care of me. I am grateful. Nice team of folks.
They are rude, mean ,and need to have some forms of customer service training. The ambulance made walk to two doors over into the vehicle, while actively having a miscarriage. My Charge Nurse, had the worst attitude. I ate this place, won't go back!!
Worst ER ever!!!! I sat for 3 hours in pain with a kidney stone. And since I am self pay, I ended up getting a $4000 bill. Ohh $400 of it was for a pregnancy test.. . That i denied.. Yup....money hungry and don't care about patients. Will never go back!! Southern kills. Suffering hills, they got those nick names for a reason. And when i was hyperventilating due to pain the nurse came and brought me a wheel chair. ... like that was going to help. Oh and good luck trying to talk to some1 about your bill.
