I'm used to the Er wait being forever. But it was not. The staff was very friendly
The nurses are rude,racist & super disrespectful but was so kind & caring to the caucasian patients! If u are black do NOT go to this hospital!!! This was my first & last time EVER going to this hospital & i promise will never ever go to this hospital again! No wonder people call it "southern kills" THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL IN NASHVILLE!!
Other than them not communicating to let each other know I'm pregnant and almost getting x-rayed no cover on my stomach the visit was pretty good. Seems that they are getting better than they used to be.
Very professional, informative in the process and caring. I would recommend it again.
It was a long wait because they were super busy, but wow, were they ever nice and helpful. They did a good job treating Leslie all the way from check in to check out. It was our dumb luck that bigger emergencies than hers kept coming in, including one young woman who had trouble breathing. Leslie is on the mend.
We came from out of town for a back surgery with Dr Arendall. Great staff and care. Would highly recommend. Coming back in 2 weeks for second part of surgery. Will update when we are completely done.

While I was in over the weekend everyone was really nice and the experience was not horrible, but there was time when the techs would come in and for get or not be able to find something they needed and said that they would be right back and then they would be gone over an hour and at least once it was over 2 hours and during that time my IV needle was in an awkward position that I could not hardly move, adjust myself in bed, get up to get to the bathroom, or anything.
