Always treated well here. Love the doctors that work here. Never had any problems. They have taken care of me and my mother very well over the years.
Overall, I can say that the staff (receptionists and nurses) were kind and helpful. However, the doctor I saw there was extremely rude, arrogant, and condescending. I felt so humiliated by the doctor I saw that I will never go back to any doctor there. I thought I would leave the hospital with answers to a medical issue. Instead, I wasted hours of my life waiting to see someone who was of absolutely no help in any way whatsoever.
I was a patient in the ER and later admitted for overnight follow up in June. The service of the staff was very professional and I was treated with so much concern and kindness. Even my hospital room was more like a nice hotel room rather than a hospital room. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations!
My father in law was brought in by ambulance from our home. He had a massive stroke. Everyone from the EMTs to the ER staff and ER doctors were not only professional but were very patient and compassionate. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get the treatment started quickly enough that he ended up with very minimal damage. Fine hospital. Would not hesitate to come here again
Amazing staff & care; especially in the Joint Replacement Center. The staff was attentive, knowledgable, and very personable. I became quite comfortable & confident that my recovery & total outcome would be excellent. By the way... R. James Renfro MD is a brilliant surgeon!!
