You know, it's sad when the good is overshadowed by the bad. Triplett wasn't all bad, just mostly bad. And, they were mostly bad when it really counted for them not to screw it up, but they did anyway. Their response and attitude toward the law and tenant's rights - and the concept of treating humans with dignity - was Triplett's overarching troublesome theme...but mainly this stemmed from the upper management, not the people working there that you'd get on the phone.
