Our AC had crashed and our salesman came to our home that afternoon, a Friday. We signed a contract with him after he thoroughly explained our options for equipment. The installation team came Monday morning and worked all day and stayed late until the ** was working correctly. A technician came back on Wednesday and finished calibration on the furnace. They were replacing our furnace in an existing small space with some unique challenges, and worked promptly and professionally to complete the service. They protected our carpet where they were walking and cleaned up everything before they left. Thank you.
My elderly fathers heat stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Triple -T the next day and they had someone at his place in an hour. The worker explained the issue thoroughly with my dad and I and offered 4 different proposals. Was not pushy to get the most expensive proposal which I appreciated.
