Lost my gears while on a 1500m iron butt ride. The spline stripped on the forward shifting shaft. After a quick roadside fix and a call to Triple S parts department we were on our way to the shop. Parts were waiting for us upon our arrival and the bike went straight back. While we waited we were given tours of the building and made to feel very welcome. We were back on the ride in no time and I couldn't have been happier. Thanks everyone!!!!
