Just a great dealership ! If you're an HD enthusiast and visit many dealerships then you certainly know about some of the attitudes and arrogance that can be displayed out there. I'm sure that I'm far far from their best or most frequent customer but I'm always greeted by name there. All departments are always friendly and always willing to take the time to assist you with any and every need. To me, Triple S Harley Davidson reminds me the bar in the TV show, Cheers. A place to have fun, hang out with your friends, and before long, everyone knows your name. They have always taken great care of me and my bike. The Mountaineer HOG Chapter sponsored by Triple S is a great bunch too.

My only problem with Triple S is that they've ruined every other Harley dealer in the country for me. The staff treats you like family, and many have become friends. They have always taken great care of me and my bike, and they are always doing stuff for the community, be it Friday Bike Nights with free entertainment, or sponsoring charity events for veterans and the Todd May Memorial Run. So glad I live in Triple S country!
Nice store with very helpful and friendly staff. I'll be stopping by there again soon.
