A caregiver, provided to us from this agency, who was a friend of owners daughter, emotionally, and perhaps physically abused, my father in law. Sadly I learned about this after my father in laws death from another caregiver. The agency was angry with the other caregiver for telling me! This occurred more than ten years ago but it enrages me every time me I think of it.
