Iryna is a great agent, she helped us to find a new place in Owensboro less than in two months. She walked us through the buying process and helped to find utility company, maintenance people, and the landscaper. She also cares about the local community, which is important in my opinion. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new place here in KY.

Iryna is truly amazing and so wonderful to work with! She worked so hard to find my fiancé and I the perfect house. Jeff helped us look for a house for TWO years! He was patient and kind throughout the entire process. Iryna has restored my faith and belief in realtors in general. She was very upfront and honest and did not try to get involved in bidding wars or other games. If every realtor, no, if every professional brought her kind of ability, integrity, experience, and understanding to the table the business world would be in much better and a more equitable place for all people. I will be happy to have her involved in any real estate deal I do from here on out.
