Wes was very professional in helping us buy our new home and sell our old home. Within 24 hours of listing we had an offer and within 72 hours had 4 more offers. So we had 5 offers within 72 hours of listing our home and had it under contract 4 days after listing. We were amazed at how quickly our house sold. Wes made the entire process a breeze. He marketed our home to sell and we had multiple offers at or above asking price within days of putting it on the market. He also guided us through the purchase of our new home and set the transactions up where we could move in right after closing on the house we sold. My husband and i have worked with Mary i believe 4 times now throughout the years.
