You want to talk about a top notch realtor this is the one. Extremely helpful and professional. When we made our decision on a home we ended up in a multiple offer situation in which she helped us decide our best offer. The home had 4 offers in one day. Mary worked tirelessly and closed the deal at approx 1030 pm on the night of our offer. She has also sold a 1 acre lot for us as well. Thanks Mary we are 100% pleased.
Mary was always professional and responsive in our search. She was able to do due diligence and find out more than the listing agent knew about some properties. She knows how to evaluate properties and helps the buyer see beyond a fresh coat of paint. Always available and a great negotiator too. I highly recommend her as a buyer's representative.
