Ordered thru Uber Eats tonight & was beyond disappointed! Half of my order was missing & what I did receive was horrible!!!! The chicken fingers & fries were cold & soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold & soggy, and for the large order of raviolis which cost $18 all I got were 5 raviolis which were no better than frozen raviolis from the grocery store. You shouldn't even be in business!!!
RecommendedOrdered the Burrata with prosciutto strawberry and a Pasta Rosa. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it.
The woman who took my order said I couldn’t order two slices of pizza for pick up. Only a entire pie. Then when I called back and places an order for a small plain ravioli and she waited until I went to pick it up to tell me that she couldn’t give me a small because she couldn’t find the button? Ordered for delivery a small salad with balsamic dressing and paid for them to add steak. Salad is supposed to come with bread. Also ordered bruschetta. My order was missing the steak, the balsamic dressing and the bread that comes with the salad. $27 order and almost half of it was missing!!! Very Disappointing.
I ordered delivery through their website and was charged for my order. My order never showed up. I called and got no anawer. I tried calling the next day and several times after that. I kept getting told that a manager or owner would call me back. It's been 4 days and I have not recieved a call. I had to finally dispuste the charge with my bank. Horrible customer service! I will never order from them again! If you need customer service, don't expect it from them!
Great crust crispy and thin
I ordered this from caviar for deliver. Note I'm a professional chef at a 10 plus million a year business in a major city. I hate and almost never write bad reviews but this place is to be avoided. This was a $60 order for two people. I got three different dishes to try a few things. The food was so bland. I could not even eat it. Baked sausage for pasta in the orchetti.. no flavor. Shrimp pieces in the shrimp and clam dish.. no flavor. Meat balls had some flavor but just barely. So embarrassing what some people will serve. ... read more
