The staff is rude and unprofessional. Never expect a reply if it actually matters (you can email or even call - they will refuse to speak to you and say they will reply to your email soon and never actually do so) and definitely don't expect your security deposit back. In fact, they may even claim you didn't pay one due to their own negligence even if you show proof that you did. The staff don't even talk between each other. *UPDATED* What I don’t like: the quality and speed of maintenance and the speed and respect of the office staff. My roommate and I had a major issue that required substantial maintenance that was never properly addressed. We also had a massive headache at move out which caused us to email the assistant property manager twice and call her over the span of two weeks all with no response. Love living here. being close to downtown. Looking forward to the new amenities. Like the flexibility in relocating within the same complex. Office staff very easy to work with.

I loved living here but the move out process has been awful. They tried to overcharge me because they somehow applied my check to the next resident, and still haven’t given me my deposit money back. It has been more than 10 weeks since I moved out, and I have called and emailed many times. (They also incentivize good reviews online with a rewards program, FYI!)
RecommendedWe Love the carefree lifestyle here! They maintain everything very well. They respond quickly to any issues that you might have. We highly recommend this place. We lived almost 5 years at the “District” building, and just moved to the “Bluff” buildings to. Get a top floor location with a Beautiful view.
We are brand new here and this place is amazing. Beautiful homes with stylish, top notch amenities. This makes us love Texas even the more.
