If I could put 0 stars that’s what I would rate this ER. HORRIBLE experience. They should remove the fact that they are affiliated with ANY children’s hospital. They literally put me and my sick child in a CLOSET and then forgot about us for hours!!
But wait there's more below! No waiting here! Wife went into er got seen by doctor within 5 minutes! So she got admitted appendicitis!
Nurses were nice and friendly. They were very helpful before and after my surgery.
Terrible experience here today. With nurse Ashley and Dr Thibodeau. I brought my mom here out of concern because she is experiencing uneven pupils and often severe facial pain with it. She had elevated blood pressure. The nurse was robotic with no compassion or empathy, so was the doctor. They refused to do any tests and basically said this wasn’t an emergency.
