Just know that there are two different offices and they discriminate Because what kind of insurance you have. I would not recommend this gastroenterology office based on my experience. Although Dr. Indraneel Chakrabarty is listed as the physician, I have never actually met with him directly. Front desk lady very rude. Will hang up on you
Unfortunately this health care facility will right you off as if your crazy if you complain about the unprofessionalism of the front desk or staff. Michelle the manager pretends to be kind but little do they know that the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything that they were saying. The comment from the owner is very much the vibe I am trying to report: gaslighting.
From the time you arrive til the time you leave very professional. Excellent service and procedure.

He made a comment telling me it’s rude of me not to take off my sun glasses when entering the office. First of all you do not have the right to tell people what to do or how to dress or appear.
