Small hospital does great things for community This hospital is located in the heart of the small town of Chelsea. It is affiliated with St. Joseph Mercy of Ypsilanti and University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. The staff is excellent and they go a long way to make their patients comfortable. The rural wooded setting of the hospital is wonderful and serene. It is also surrounded by walking trails and bike paths to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Excellent small hospital This is a wonderful hospital! It has such a welcoming and homey feel to it as soon as you walk in its doors. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially like the location of this hospital. Convenient location in Chelsea and the wooded scenery is so nice for recovering patients to look at vs other buildings and high rises that you would find at a larger hospital. Only downfall is they don't deliver babies at this hospital. That would be a nice added touch to this facility.
