Been to this clinic a couple times for routine things, most recently saw Hildur Runarsdottir, NP and she was fabulous!! I’ve never felt more comfortable at an appointment. I’d recommend this group of providers to anyone! Clean office, friendly staff and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Easy online booking and check-in made this appointment a breeze!
My teenage daughter was referred here for an issue she was experiencing which was/is causing her a lot of pain. Her appt with Dr Downing lasted maybe 10 mins. Dr. Downing dismissed her issues, made her feel like she was making it up, and my daughter left in tears. My daughter doesn’t have periods, but some of Dr downing’s advice was to shove a dry tampon up there. That sounds pleasant..great advice “doc”.
I guess the nurses here can’t read charts. Terrible service
