LADIES! Do not see Megan Zeiher, NP from this practice! I went to her for menstrual issues classics to PCOS. She ordered an ultrasound at Chelsea hospital which they then mis-read, stating I was perfectly normal. She sent me on my way. My issues persisted, obviously. I go see a different doctor who instantly diagnosed me with PCOS and SHOWED ME MY OVARIES ON AN ULTRASOUND that clearly had cysts consistent with PCOS, that I could see without any medical knowledge of such. When I started coming here with my first pregnancy and then ended up having a miscarriage in January, I felt that OBGYN staff here in Chelsea were not proactive with making sure my HCG level was down and I ended up having an allergic reaction towards a prenatal product and I reached out about getting blood work done on 4/7 and I have yet to hear back from them and I have tried getting a hold of them through their nursing staff and the nursing staff was very short with me and not helpful at all. I seriously cannot say enough good thing about Dr Paula. She is the absolute sweetest human, made sure I was very comfortable and aware of everything she was doing. She is very humorous and cares and listens to your issues. I was so nervous before coming but thankful I found such a caring gyno. Very touchy and personal stuff so it’s the best to have a good dr. I’ll recommend her to anyone.
