When I started coming here with my first pregnancy and then ended up having a miscarriage in January, I felt that OBGYN staff here in Chelsea were not proactive with making sure my HCG level was down and I ended up having an allergic reaction towards a prenatal product and I reached out about getting blood work done on 4/7 and I have yet to hear back from them and I have tried getting a hold of them through their nursing staff and the nursing staff was very short with me and not helpful at all. I seriously cannot say enough good thing about Dr Paula. She is the absolute sweetest human, made sure I was very comfortable and aware of everything she was doing. She is very humorous and cares and listens to your issues. I was so nervous before coming but thankful I found such a caring gyno. Very touchy and personal stuff so it’s the best to have a good dr. I’ll recommend her to anyone.
I started attending this practice when I was pregnant with my daughter. The OBGYN staff, especially Dr. Downing, were all amazing. They were proactive about issues that arose during my pregnancy and kept a close eye on things without rushing to decisions. They made sure to answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable about labor and delivery!
MapQuest has the location to Trinity Health incorrect. You must go to the driveway East of the one listed. MapQuest has you going to a personal residence not the medical center. The health center itself is wonderful..!
