I went there after working a 12 hr shift, they got me checked in ( the girl at the front desk was super sweet). I got back in the room n the nurses are amazing. The dr. Came in and checked me out and she was super nice as well. They made sure I didn't have any questions and made sure I had the correct medicine b4 I left. I wish it was a dr. Office been awhile since I had welcoming and warming staff. And they definitely listend to what was wrong. Thank you for your care.

My daughter took her baby here 3 times this week, with a fever that kept coming back, even with Tylenol and motrin. For 4 days the baby was so sick, we were so scared, and all they could say is to bring her back if she still has the fever in 5 days and isn't drinking or urinating. No testing, only making us feel hopeless, and as If we were overreacting. Tonight we took her to ludington hospital. She has covid. I hope that I never have to step foot into that "hospital" again. Dr. Buchanan and all the nurses I saw were so friendly, caring and kind. Came in for a large abscess bc I couldn’t get seen by a dentist for another month and a half. With in 20 minutes I was already numbed up. In and out in less than an hour even with higher priority patients. Im really impressed here, I was expecting a couple hours here. By far my best ER visit (coming from a chronically ill person)

This whole hospital is a joke. There’s been multiple occurrences where they would not even see me and a loved one. I tried coming for a literal broken bone and had drive 25+ minutes away to get to a different hospital since the refused our service. This is a joke of a hospital. I would recommend driving the extra miles even in an emergency.
