I currently reside here. I haven't been here as long as most but, it has been a great experience as of now. The staff is very friendly and hospitable to everyone. I would rather reside here than any other community. ��
Been here 2 weeks and so far, so good. Mark and Luis from maintenance have been very helpful getting things done that should've been done in the make ready process before moving in. Glad to see they hired a Porter to help keep pool area cleaned and maintained. Being this is a upscale property, would like to see more emphasis on landscape upkeep throughout the property, not just the front entrance. Lots of dead grass and wilted shrubs. Great place to live. The staff are all couteous. Quiet. No noise from neighbors. Really enjoy living here.
I moved in last week and it is everything that I could have wanted! The apartment is beautiful and my neighbors are considerate and awesome! After having a couple of bad apartment experiences, moving here is refreshing. Veronica and Josie were so sweet and professional with getting me moved in and I loved the care package. Subtracted one star for an interaction with a staff member that I did not find particularly helpful in resolving an issue. Very bad experience with Candice Conway, so unprofessional. Waiting for manager to contact me. To all residents: if you are living at trinity bell gardens and planning on moving out, becarful they are not gonna like you as they liked you when you moved in.
Very nice place, my Brother lived there. Peaceful and outgoing staff, and very clean and friendly people
