Trails of Towne Lake is an excellent community to live where you can call home. The management team is friendly and very respectful of their residents.
Its the worst complex ever they have mice in there apartments and every time you call for maintenance they come after couple of months and the manager shouldn't be a manager she doesn't know what to do and always not available can't wait to get out of here
UPDATED REVIEW: I have now lived here almost a year, and I do not recommend that anyone live here. While I like my apartment, if I ever need maintenance, it takes over a month, several phone calls, and several emails before they will actually fix the problem. Months ago I called because my heater wouldn't heat. A maintenance man came over, turned it off and on a few times until it started working again, and said there wasn't a problem. They need a zero option. AC goes out after phone calls have to pitch a fit in the office. Power washing the building and water is gushing into my unit multiple calls no results. Had to go to the office and pitch a fit. Painting the building with no notice to residents so they can get their stuff of off the patio. Called office and was told that is corporate responsibility. Was not given corporate phone number. AND I have only been here, not even two months.
