DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Will completly ruin your credit even after you leave the apartment once your contract is over, make sure to check your credit 6 months after you move out because you will see a low credit score you have due to the complex sending you to "Procollect". You will be harrassed by Procollect getting many phone calls and letters. We are sitting here as I speak sweating. Our thermostat is on 70 degrees but says its 79 degrees in here which that's what it feels like!!!! I have argued and fought about fixing our ac this summer and they give me the run around. They also took away a window unit due to saying they fixed ac and we do not need it because they do not wanna pay partial of my electric bill .
You DON'T want to rent @ Trails of Towne Lake!!!! The right hand can't figure out what the left hand is doing. Office staff entered my apartment when I gone & didn't leave any notice. I only knew they had been there because the next day someone came in to fix items I'd not requested while only my 14yr old daughter was home. No one in the office had no record of anyone being in my unit & then had no clue who requested the repairs that were made. We are current residents, our AC has not worked properly since we moved in, coming up to the end of our lease now. We've tried numerous times to have this issue resolved with no resolution to the problem we keep getting the runaround. It is 78 degrees or higher in our apartment during the summer up until 2AM and by 9AM the temperature is back to 78. We keep our AC on 69 in hopes of getting a cooler apartment but time after time we end up with the same HOT results.
So like anything else it takes time to put together a team Trade , draft release new coach or even franchise. The manager Jacque like a firm watches the plays and from what I've seen does good. Assistant manager Amy is very considerate and is always willing to listen and help and has a fix for problems. The new office staff members are great. Management is TERRIBLE!!!! Thinking of moving here.....think again.....Don't do it!!!...I can't wait to until my lease is up so I can move. I'm seriously considering paying the cost of the fees they will charge to allow me out of my lease so I can move sooner...... �
