They do whatever to get you to apply and take the 170 they charge just don keep your money . They told me they would accept a notarized letter of my employer to verify income before I applied . Since they charge 170 dollars to run your application . Once I did that and turned in the letter they told me they weren’t taking it . They lied to me and kept giving me the run around for a week . stop the lying, stop over charging people,
I lived here for a year. The apartment looks okay. The only thing is the staff that work here suck. Our toilet, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal all didn’t work and no one ever came to fix any of it no matter how many times we complained. Plus the office staff are super rude and can careless about their residents. The pool was always dirty and the hot tub doesn’t even work. So glad to be leaving this place. 🙄
RecommendedEveryone here at trails is super friendly! Staff is quick to answer any problems and management is on top of everything! Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

the maintenance team went out of there way to make sure my maintenance issue was resolved the same day.
The security officer is this apartment is crap and I will be pressing charges ASAP. I pulled into the apartments, and he was blocking the lane and walking outside. So I backed up and pulled in a open park that I passed up. I am minding my business and eating a piece of turkey because I had just worked out and needed some food. He approaches my car. Why? Clearly, I dodged a bullet on this one. I called today at noon, inquiring on an apartment that was available. I was very interested and asked the woman on the phone if I could come look at it when I got off work at 5pm. I told her it was about a 25 minute drive for me and she said that was fine. At this point she should have informed me that they don’t do showings after 5:30. If that’s even the truth - I’m not sure.
