As always, great communication with Michelle in the back office helping me with a last minute blower outage and Mike supporting us with the service / maintenance. Highly effective operation.
Trevor was great. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and repaired it. He checked the first-floor system and will schedule coil cleaning, possibly next week. The second-floor system needs to be replaced. Trevor explained everything very straight forward which I greatly appreciated. I will be doing my yearly Hvac maintain service wirh Trinity Air Cinditioning. Trinity Air Conditioning is a company that I will be recommending. Great customer service from the office staff to the technicians.
Great Service visit. The technician was on time, very friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. He took his time to service my two unit (this was the first service in three years), which I appreciated.
