I’ve never had an experience this disappointing until today. Otello who introduced himself as a manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. I had just made a $5,000 purchase, expecting a great experience, and instead he completely ruined it with his attitude and lack of customer service. Great prices on fine jewelry and Customer Service like no other. Katherine and Jack could not have been more helpful. They cleaned my wife's rings and bracelet while we were waiting. They even replaced a small diamond on one of her rings. No kidding!
