I am so thankful for Trifecta, they saved me from the worst situation I've ever been in through my life, and as soon as I got here, I became part of a family that let me dive deep into the activities right away - Ju Jitsu, Boxing, Gym Workouts, Meetings, Classes. Having a great experience here at Trifecta! I love all the staff and my newfound brothers I have made. It is an excellent program that prides itself in "movement is medicine." We hit the gym several days a week, and practice boxing as well as jujitsu twice a week. The classes are great as well. I feel safe and at home in this program and would recommend it to anyone seeking a better life.
