At the end of a two year lease in Georgia. Have had nothing but a pleasant experience with Tricon. Currently in the process of renewing the lease for another 15 months. Hoping things continue the same.
RENTER BEWARE THEY RENEW LEASES ONLY FOR 6-18 MONTHS AND YOUR FIRST RENEWAL WILL BE ALMOST 70.00 TO 100.00 WITH NO COMMUNICATION WITH YOU THE RENTER. ALSO THEY WILL BE CHARGING YOU THINGS ALONG WITH RENT AGAIN WITHOUT COMMUNICATION. WE MOVED INTO TO A HOME THAT WE DID A MOVE IN SHEET AND REQUESTED ALOT OF THINGS TO BE REPAIRED (CRICKETS) BUT DO NOT LET YOUR RENT BE LATE OR NEED A LEASE RENEWED BECAUSE THEY ONLY AGAIN RENEW FOR SHORT TERM SO THEY CAN CONTINUE TO INCREASE THE RENT.
