Our rental company switched from Pathlight to Tricon. This Tricon company is horrible except for a couple women my wife spoke with after some guy called saying we owe a bunch of money. Also got an eviction notice today after all this happened. Long story short, we paid but, their payment system was down, multiple days and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I have stayed at 2 different Tricon homes and I'll say that this place is the absolute worst. They buy the cheapest everything to put in the home and will charge you when they got what they paid for. They will also never give the deposit back. You will receive charges for non existent damage and then will not respond to any disputes of charges or quite anything if I'm being frank. Tricon took over my lease from Pathlight. It has been a bad experience. I can't reach anybody and I have been trying for two days. I requested a callback and never got one. I waited on hold for 4 hours waiting for someone to pick up it never happened. The messaging option isn't good either. I was 27 in line at 12:45, and at 1:45 I was still 27 in line. I will not renew my lease with them nor would I recommend them to anyone. If they are going to be this busy more help is needed. This ridiculous that it is this hard to reach ... read more
If I could give zero starts I would - this has been the absolutely worst company we have ever had to deal with - from issues day one with repairs that were promised - roof leaks, mold, pool unusable and HOA after HOA violations caused by their lack of care. But try withholding the rent for lack repair and they will start eviction without a care for their tenant's health or safety. Dead beat company - STAY FAR FROM THEIR PROPERTIES!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst company on earth. My father was renting from Tricon for nearly a year. He was late 2 times with the rent and they gouged him for excessive attorney's fees and even sent a WRIT OF POSSESSION after being two weeks late. He did pay all late fee's that were required. They have just started the process all over again just this month and its only the first week of the month. Absolutely terrible!
The Company does not care about its tenants. Repairs are subpar, rent after first year is increased by $504 by smuggling it in the fine print. Bully you into a longer lease. One day late fee is upward of $138- Horrible company.
Dreadful company they damaged neighbors property repeatedly and refuse to make repairs or negotiate with the injured party regarding repairs on the property. It's unfortunate that I cannot post pictures to show how they have damaged private property repeatedly to the point of driving tractors through property without permission and making ruts in a private yard.
