Bobby looper has been one of the best Tricon maitenance technicians I’ve ever had! He’s always respectful, on time and does great work!
I submitted my application about a week ago. I got notification that my application has been approved pending ID. I have provided all needed documentation but the application specialist Miriam Garcia reviewing my documents has been extremely rude to me. She keeps asking me for duplicated documents that i have already provided and gets loud with me when i ask questions. Don’t know if you have heard of them. Anyways I had charges on my credit card that weren’t mine and also unpaid loans. Couldn’t get an approval for a house. I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. And each of this hurt my credit score badly it was at 450 and when I contacted Experian even with my loan cleared it could hurt my account for up to a decade, this got me scared. RENTER BEWARE THEY RENEW LEASES ONLY FOR 6-18 MONTHS AND YOUR FIRST RENEWAL WILL BE ALMOST 70.00 TO 100.00 WITH NO COMMUNICATION WITH YOU THE RENTER. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now.
