I lived at Tri-con home since my beautiful sons were born in 2012. I watched the company grow as my sons did. I was friends with a co-creator of the company. After all my families loyalty. I'm told I'm being sent a non-renewal. Right after I went threw a divorce. I was given the run-around everytime I tried to speak with someone about my renewal. Tricon experience of the home was great. Home was very nice and clean. Here’s the problem my wife and I are well over 100k a year and a credit score good and they denied us bc of a mistake on my credit that I have legal documents for the court house showing I owe 0 and during that time it was filed I was off the lease. They ignored the paperwork and never called or anything. House been up for rent for atleast 60days and still rather leave it vacant.

Larenz came to the property and was extremely professional and understanding of the issue we were having with our air conditioner. He got right to the problem and fixed everything in a timely matter. He wore a mask and followed health code precautions. He is very knowledgeable of his profession. We are very pleased with his service and recommend Mr. Larenz to assist anyone in need.

stay a way from this company, we rent a house for 1 year, and they didnt give back all depozit , we give note 45 days but they say they dint recived the note, after that they avoid as.

This is by far the worst property management company I have experienced. Extremely long wait times...exceeding 120 minutes. They do not return calls and all seem to provide different answers. As of this morning after holding, I was hung up on when I asked for my money back

Hands down a horrible company to deal with. We rented for a year while we built and it was a year longer than I ever wanted to deal with Tricon. It was impossible to get a repair request in and every appliance was always broken. Then when we moved out they charge crazy amounts of “cleaning fees” to repair a few nail holes where pictures where hung. They even charged us for smoke detector batteries and light bulbs, yet I went for 5 days without water in my kitchen because the faucet broke and their maintenance guy couldn’t fi... read more

I submitted my application about a week ago. I got notification that my application has been approved pending ID. I have provided all needed documentation but the application specialist Miriam Garcia reviewing my documents has been extremely rude to me. She keeps asking me for duplicated documents that i have already provided and gets loud with me when i ask questions.
