Is zero stars an option? Over an hour behind on appts is habit around here and my doctor does not speak English and is completely lost. The nurses are having to point her in the right direction.
The nurses need to stop talking like their personal business is much more important and treat a patient with better care. They are lazy at the nurses station and rather be talking to each other. Some nurses expect you to know when they are talking to you then addressing you properly. The doctors and the nurse practitioners are wonderful it's just the nursing staff that is terrible
