FIX THE PHARMACY!!!! I know TRICARE wants us all to go to home delevery but getting us all mad by making us wait for hours is not the way to do it. FIX IT!!!!!
This clinic is terrible. We have been waiting over 3.5 hours to get a prescription filled. That is poor service being given to our military servicemembers and their families.
Everything about your clinic suck. I am 46 year old woman and I carry peppersray on my key ring. The Security guard ask me to remove it and put it in my car. On the front door there is a picture of no guns or knife allowed in the building. There is no sign saying no peppersray. All I was as sitting there minding own business waiting for my stupid number to be call. I feel very unsafe in your build. Once again your clinic suck.
The pharmacy here is atrocious. Multiple times I have called in my refill for a prescription and I go to get it, they make me pull a ticket and wait for OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. I have to wait to pick up a prescription that is ready to go and sitting there waiting on me. We have been stationed in a lot of places and this is by far the WORST pharmacy ever.
I am unsure why plans were not made for extra staff when Mandatory evacuations for this area were made yesterday. A plan should have been put in place for people to pick up meds. It was 4:45 and I was turned away because your pharmacy was too busy. There are still two hours of operational business left.
The wait time at the pharmacy is painful. However, I appreciate Ariana calling my PA to resolve my prescription not being in the computer. She also allowed me to keep my place in line. I was in a lot of pain from knee replacement surgery and she provided outstanding customer service.
The doctor was fine, the staff not so much. Be prepared for a long wait on the front end and incompetence at every other step along the way.
This pharmacy is the worst. Waiting 2+ hours. Lady with blue and parole lip stick is very rude. Ove this place.
The laziest, incompetent, and slowest pharmacists work here. I will never go back to this place again.
