This facility and the employees are very nice. We have been picking up our prescriptions for the past 15 years. I recently loss my wife and when I forgot my wife's I'D Card, they provided me documentation to fill out to save me a trip home. They were very helpful when I ran out of medicine and provided a "courtesy" refill until my prescription could be filled. Getting services from Tricare Prime Clinic Chesapeake is the Best!!! My hat goes off to them. "Service to the Fleet" and their dependants. BRAVO-ZULU!!!!!

Their stupid rule about rescheduling if you are 10 minutes late is crazy! The drs get 20 minutes per patient; if someone would have gotten off their butt, took my vitals and placed my chart in the slot the DR herself would not have known I was late. (I was 12-13 minutes late). They spend more time trying to get out of work than they do working.

I used to have a great PCM here, unfortunately he left and was replaced by a doctor who doesn't speak English and barely gives you a diagnoses. Even the pharmacy staff has been getting complaints about her. I will be changing my PCM immediately!

This is my 2nd day of trying to pick up my son's ADHD meds. We left yesterday because my son was hungry after being here an hour. Today they called 14 refills in a row before calling the next B ticket at the pharmacy. One man pushed the button and took 2 steps away before his R ticket was called. There has to be a better system. If you're here with an A or B ticket, you've already been here at least an hour for your appointment that ran late. This is rediculous!
