I think I can safely say that Triangle Radiant Barrier was the most professional company we have ever worked with for any reason. A few weeks ago, they replaced the insulation in our crawlspace and took care of some other repairs that needed taking care of down there. Very professional company. We had our crawlspace encapsulated and all employees were extremely easy to work with. Gentleman who did the work was timely and professional. Work was completed in stated time frame and all questions we had were answered. Great communication throughout the process.
Triangle Radiant Barrier did a wonderful job on our attic install! They were professional and made sure everything was to my liking before leaving. We can already see a difference in the utility bill.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and integrity of this company. They installed Radiant Barrier in my attic and encapsulated my crawlspace about 8 months ago. Great experience! From the real person who answered our first phone call, to the very polite and knowledgeable young man who came out to do our bids, to the guys who did the work, everyone was very professional. Highly recommended them to our neighbors.
There are times when a true test of the integrity of a company and its people is not when things are going well but how they deal with customer issues. In our case, we had issues and my wife and I were repeatedly lied to by personnel in the company, namely *****. Our dehumidifier broke because one of the legs broke. We believed and had two independent installers check the dehumidifier because it was not installed properly.
