Working with Triangle Radiant Barrier has been a breadth of fresh air. Their entire organization including their installation team is top notch and extremely professional. They presented options in a very clear and segmented way such that it is so easy to understand and make a decision. On top of that the owner hosted a video call to go over the options and answer any questions. They are absolutely the best. I enjoyed working with them and will do the same if future needs arise.

This Company is a 5-star Company during each phase of the project from the office staff that scheduled my appointment to the inspection staff at the end of the project. They are very professional and do quality work. During the consultation phase, each option was explained patiently and thoroughly, and the end job was tailored to my needs only, not over sold. Gave a free estimate, answered all questions, did the work to my satisfaction, came back and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction as well as their own satisfaction. They were great to work with and if I have or need anything else they do, I would definitely use them again.

This company is fantastic! The entire process was full of excellent customer service. From the initial consultations, to discussing options, answer all questions patiently and thoroughly, and giving practical advice and guidance which included advising against paying for something we didn't need. If that wasn't enough, they are very competitively priced and beat the competition by a good margin. Then as a final step, they come back out and make sure you are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the work and process.

This is one of the best small investment that I made. The air in our crawlspace, smelled organic or musty. The neighborhood and home is two years new, before that, this was a tobacco field for about 100 years. The encapsulation services rendered fixed the issue. Never once did they try to oversell if anything, they are an advocate of not having the homeowner make unnecessary repairs or payments.

This is a great cmpany run by conscietious, honest, and thorough professional staff. They don't want your payment until their management physically inspects the work performed. Not a member of the installation team, mind you, but a manager who comes later after the crew has left. There is no cutting corners. I strongly recommend them for their quality and also cost.
