This was the most professional job I have ever contracted. From the Zoom meeting presentation from ***** to the hard working young man that performed the work in just 2 days. My crawlspace is completely encapsulated and stays 61 degrees even in the coldest weather we have had. This is an outstanding company to work with!
I had a great initial experience with the company. Triangle Radiant Barrier installed my crawlspace insulation and they did a great job. ***** (owner) was prompt, professional. I paid in advance for a year maintenance service and the first follow up visit was fine. The second maintenance service visit did not go as well. Two technicians and then the co-owner (*****) had to visit my home to complete the routine service as part of my contract. A company with integrity!! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! Scheduling was a little difficult because of COVID, but they kept me informed every step of the way so that their staff and I were not at any additional risk. Responsive, informative, excellent service. **** reviewed multiple options, both pros and cons for each option. The service crew were on time and completed the crawl space clean up and improvement timely and without incident. Brock came by for a final inspection and answered all my questions. I wish every company was a reliable and responsive as Triangle Radiant Barrier.
Excellent from start to finish!! We added a radiant barrier to our attic and immediately saw results. The customer service was top notch, as well as the workmanship. We plan to work with them again for some crawl space work in the near future. Highly recommend.
