I can't say enough about the professionalism and integrity of this company. They installed Radiant Barrier in my attic and encapsulated my crawlspace about 8 months ago. Not only did were their installers prompt, polite, and efficient, they finished the jobs with time to spare. Great experience! From the real person who answered our first phone call, to the very polite and knowledgeable young man who came out to do our bids, to the guys who did the work, everyone was very professional. Highly recommended them to our neighbors.
There are times when a true test of the integrity of a company and its people is not when things are going well but how they deal with customer issues. In our case, we had issues and my wife and I were repeatedly lied to by personnel in the company, namely *****. Our dehumidifier broke because one of the legs broke. We believed and had two independent installers check the dehumidifier because it was not installed properly. All the folks who I dealt with at Triangle Radiant Barrier have been excellent. When you have a mold problem, particularly if you are sensitive to the musty smells that can arise, then you absolutely need a team of competent and sympathetic people to help you resolve the issue. You will find that a lot of people in the mold and crawlspace encapsulation industry can make things worse, not better.
