There are times when a true test of the integrity of a company and its people is not when things are going well but how they deal with customer issues. In our case, we had issues and my wife and I were repeatedly lied to by personnel in the company, namely *****. Our dehumidifier broke because one of the legs broke. We believed and had two independent installers check the dehumidifier because it was not installed properly. All the folks who I dealt with at Triangle Radiant Barrier have been excellent. When you have a mold problem, particularly if you are sensitive to the musty smells that can arise, then you absolutely need a team of competent and sympathetic people to help you resolve the issue. You will find that a lot of people in the mold and crawlspace encapsulation industry can make things worse, not better. It was truly a pleasure to work with Triangle Radiant Barrier the company was superb from start to finish. ****, ***** and ****** were all very professional and responsive when I had questions and the work was done in a timely fashion, I wish that all businesses would follow these guys lead, it rare to find this level of service in today's market. They are very well organized. We have a very new home but have had cold rooms and air draft during winter. They tried to understand our issue and propose solutions. They took almost an hour explaining the options and helping us decide which would be a best or close fit. Overall good experience. We had them work on our project in Feb and waited to see if any concerns before I put in a review, all good.
