Excellent professional doctor, Jeremy Thomas, MD Professional excellent service. Dr. Jeremy Thomas performed bunionectomy on my foot. I found him to be very professional and thorough. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He explained the surgical procedure he was going to do and what was expected of me. Spreading the news not to use Dr. Thomas Doctor Thomas is unresponsive to his patients. The office administrator is rude and acts more like a collection agency than a healthcare professional. Dr. Thomas is more interested in money than patient care. Dr Thomas refused to see me at an appointment because insurance had not paid for my visit to him two weeks before. Taken advantage of. I would not recomment this doctor. He seems to care more about getting that next dollar bill than anything else. I did not feel he sincerely care about my well being and will never go back. I feel he robbed me blind.
Avoid this doctor! The. Worst. After Dr. Thomas wasn't able to help my foot pain I changed doctors. My new doctor told me I didn't need all those tests to figure out what was wrong. Inflammation! How basic? Dr. Thomas told me I might have anything from a fracture to bone cancer, so I bought into the need for the tests and x-rays. The final straw was catching this guy buying medical supplies at the Dollar Store of all places. I got an appointment the week I called, I didn't have to sit in the waiting room forever, they took my insurance AND he fixed my foot issue...what more could you ask for?? Impressed I have to say that I wish all doctors could be as kind and supportive. My issue has resolved and education has been given on how to keep it from popping up again.Earlene the office manager helped me when the insurance had not paid. We all transpose numbers at one time or another and that is what happened. Service does not come this way these days and I have to say that I was really impressed. I highly recommend Dr.Jeremy Thomas at Triangle Foot and Ankle. You will not be disappointed.
Not a Valued Patient The DAY BEFORE my 3rd appointment with Dr. Thomas my husband learned he had cancer. I did consider keeping the appointment, but by 7:00AM the next day, I realized I was too stressed to keep the 9 AM appointment. I phoned at 8:20AM and was offered regrets as I shared my predicament.( We got the news mid morning on the previous day, so I couldn't cancel within 24 hours, but I DID call.) Super foot doctor I drove from Greensboro, N.C to Cary to see DR. Thomas. I can tell you it was well worth the drive. Dr. Thomas office has the very best high tech equipment and he is very profession and knowledgeable about the foot and ankle. I was experiencing pain in my foot and had been to several foot drs. Great Kids Doctor! Both my children have seen Dr. Thomas and he was outstanding with each of them. He took his time, he joked with them and made them feel very comfortable. He fixed their feet in no time! I would recommend him to anyone that has children, you'll be very satisfied. His website is very informative, his receptionist is friendly and helped me with insurance questions. His office is neat and I only waited 5 minutes to be taken back to the exam room.
